Poser, 3dsmax, assembled in photoshop. I started around the head area (and was half thinking around 1920 head-dress in a strange way I suppose) and worked my way down over and around.

I'm either gettin' better at this or worse. Hopefully my time isn't wasted.

the reuse of the same object in the piece makes it look really cut and paste, try varying the different tubes some more and try to add the effect of that they are acctually emerging from the face.

aaaahhh! the alien pods again. she is very beautiful and i realy like the faces in the tubes. they also look a bit like female torsos too.... the only thing that gives me pause is her hand...if it were darker and had the same treatment as elenor's face....i realy like the darker hose it looks solid enough to grab it!

This is possibly the most interesting piece I've ever seen from you. I love the dark, shadowy atmosphere.. and the gritty, post-apocalyptic textures. The pose is excellent.. showing just enough of her face to be intriguing.. and presenting her as emotionally closed with her arms wrapped around herself.. and her back slightly toward the camera. Great job.. very creative.. beautiful work. :)
